All About Pins
F ounded in Havana, Cuba in April 1945, the International Air Transport Association (IATA) has expanded to over 125 countries globally and consists of 230 airlines that make up 93% of international air traffic.  With the over 1.6 billion passengers that it makes happy, the 66 year old organization is obviously doing something right, something that we are sure is a trickle down effect from its head office. Success Starts at the Top With “creating a modern interdependent world” being the organization’s goal since its inception, having dedicated and committed staff is no doubt the secret of its success.  All About Pins was contracted by IATA headquarters, in Montreal, Canada, to create employee lapel pins for the entire office staff. Simple Designs Send an Important Message Having a simple, polished and professional look, is exactly what one would expect from an industry leader.  IATA’s commitment to ensuring that the airline industry thrives is very obvious in its lapel pin design.  Using nothing but the organizations official logo shows that it is focused solely on its goal. The eye catching and high polished silver finish ensures that its high profile employees will get noticed. Company Logos Add Value and Consistency Though company or  logo lapel pins are somewhat generic, they provide a wide range of flexibility when it comes to identifying employees in social and business settings.  For example, with the large number of organizations that attend national and regional conferences, logo pins are a small yet effective way to differentiate one company and its employees from another.  In addition, organizations that do not require their staff to wear uniforms or follow a dress code can benefit from utilizing company lapel pins because of the way to make any outfit, casual or conservative, more uniform like. An additional benefit of designing staff pins in this way is that they can be used for more than just standard employee dress. Though IATA also had us create additional pin designs for different levels of achievement, the custom lapel pin shown here could also serve as employee recognition or award lapel pin. Have you been trying to figure out a way to dress up or recognize your employees?  If so, All About Pins has the answer.
