Corporate Pins

The person who covered the shift no one wanted, or who kept a customer coming back, has already done the company’s work. Corporate pins set a logo or a company value on that person’s jacket or lanyard, where a coworker can read it. At the next meeting or the customer counter, the pin puts the company name in front of someone new.

The pin your people keep

Hand a corporate pin out at an all-hands or during onboarding and it tells someone they belong with you. Give one to the person who lived a company value, and a coworker can ask what it means. The same pin on every uniform shows a customer at the counter that the crew works for one company. Sales teams take company lapel pins to trade shows. Offices give company pins to customers and partners as a lasting thank-you. Corporate pins also mark big moments: a new office, an anniversary, a merger, a product launch, or a safety record.

Pick the style for how the company will use the pin, on a uniform at the counter or with a team at a show. Soft enamel sets color below the metal for a textured feel that suits a pin handed from person to person. Cloisonné has a glassy face, and it is the most durable choice for a pin the crew will wear on the job.

Values pins
at work

HR teams and company leaders order pins that carry one of their core values, a short word or phrase. They award one to the employee who lives that value every day. The wearer keeps this reminder of what the company stands for close to them.

Logo pins
for staff

One look across every location shows the same logo shape and the same company colors on the pins the staff wear. An operations leader gets that match at each location, and a customer sees one company wherever the crew is working.

Mascot pins
for teams

Team leads get pins made for one department or one project group, often with a mascot on it. A company sports team can have a set of its own, so the roster has a pin apart from the company-wide one.

We've got answers

Companies tend to ask the same questions before they place an order.

Corporate lapel pins are custom pins a company has made for the people who work there and for customers it wants to remember. The front might mark a milestone or a building, and the pin can travel from an apron to a uniform shirt. A good metal pin feels like jewelry people show off for years.

The minimum order is 100 pins, and larger quantities bring the price per pin down. We keep the artwork on file, so a reorder for new hires or a second location stays easy.

For a colored logo, soft enamel is the style companies pick most often, since the color sits low and the metal stands above it. Cloisonné has the most upscale look, with a face that is smooth and even, and die struck pins are all metal with an antique finish for contrast. Gold and silver are both standard plating. Copper joins them.

Production takes 3½-4 weeks from proof approval, often sooner, and transit adds a few days. If the pins are for an event, tell your rep the date when you first get in touch.

Put the pin on your left lapel. That is the wearer’s left, over the heart, which is where American business custom places it.

A steel die, the mold, is cut from the approved artwork, and a press strikes the design into the metal before the pin is plated. Color goes in next: for soft enamel it fills the recessed areas below the metal lines, and for cloisonné it is filled to the top of the lines, baked in an oven and polished flat. The back goes on last.

Yes, magnetic backs are available at an added charge, and the magnet holds the pin on a nice blazer or a uniform without a hole in the fabric. The butterfly clutch and the rubber clutch come with the pin, at no charge.
