Made to Be Worn
Service clubs order a pin for each club year so members can recognize one another. Alumni groups order member pins when someone joins, so the new member can wear the group’s pin from the first meeting. A membership card stays in a wallet until the next meeting, while a pin stays visible all the time. A pin on a lapel or a lanyard tells people nearby which group a person belongs to, and new members receive theirs the day they join. People keep each year’s pin after the term ends.
The pin can follow a crest outline or a state outline, and the logo sits in the open middle. Clubs that want their colors usually pick soft enamel or cloisonné. A velvet case suits a pin given at an induction.

Letters
at Initiation
The chapter welcomes new members on initiation night. Each new member receives the chapter’s pin with its letters and crest. New members wear the pin from that night on.
The
Anniversary Pin
Every member shares the club’s anniversary year. The whole membership gets the same pin with the founding year and the anniversary. The club gives the pin out at the anniversary dinner.
Season
Opener Pins
A sports club puts its name and the playing year on a pin for that season. Teammates can spot it at games from the opener through the last match. Once the season ends, the printed year shows when it was played.

These are the points that settle a club order.
Club and membership pins identify a member’s group at meetings and events. A member clips the pin to a collar or a jacket pocket so others recognize them.
The minimum order is 100 pins. Ordering more than that lowers the price per pin. At that quantity, one design can be produced in several colors and finishes.
Chapter pins can show the letters and the crest together, in school colors and the group’s colors. The pin can be cut to the crest’s outline.
An officer pin or a new-member pin is its own design with its own mold. We keep each design’s mold on file, so you can reorder the same unchanged pin.
The outline can be either your state or your crest. A star or a ship can serve as an outline too. The club mark fills the center of a state-shaped pin.
A tax-exempt club can order. The club adds its exemption certificate to the account.
Production takes 3½-4 weeks after the proof is approved, plus a few days in transit. If you have an event date, tell your rep at the start. A spinner or another moving add-on needs longer than the standard production time.
