Send Us Your Ideas
The first step to getting custom Pins is simply send us your idea. It can be a sketch, photo, or logos in AI, EPS, or PDF formats.
Step 2
Receive Your Custom Proof (& Request Revisions if Needed)
After you give us your design idea, we will then create a proof and we work with you until we get your approval.
Step 3
Approve & Production Begins
Your approved artwork will be sent to our custom Lapel Pin production line where we will machine a custom Lapel Pin mold to begin the production process! The complete process usually takes 3.5-4 weeks
Step 4
Your Order Gets Shipped
Once your Lapel Pins are completed and pass quality-control, they are packed and shipped! Shipping to U.S. addresses is free, and your order heads out the door right away — no one likes to wait, especially for custom Pins.
When Do I Order My Custom Trading Pins?
Some teams like to order enough pins to only trade with the teams they play in the tournament. Others like to order enough so their kids can trade with every team in their age group and class. Always remember to order a few extra trading pins so a late addition to the team won’t get left out!

How Long Do My Trading Pins Take To Make?
Production typically runs 3.5-4 weeks — standard designs land at the low end, and larger, more elaborate designs push toward the high end. We’re always happy to rush an order, but the design options will be restricted some by time constraints. If your heart is set on a larger, more elaborate design, this will definitely make the pin more sought after while trading.

How Many Do I Order And What Size?
If ordering at the beginning of the season before a schedule’s set, we recommend ordering 35-50 pins per player.
If ordering for a specific tournament, look at the number of teams in your age group or class and multiply that number by the number of players on your team.
Some teams like to order enough pins to only trade with the teams they play in the tournament. Others like to order enough so their kids can trade with every team in their age group and class. Always remember to order a few extra as a team so a late addition to the team won’t get left out!
How Much Do They Cost?
The price of your Custom Trading Pins is determined by:
- The quantity of pins ordered.
- The size of the trading pins (1.5" to 2.5").
- The type of pin (soft enamel, photo etched or printed).
- Which add-ons and enhancements you add to your design (glitter, translucent paint, blinkers, bobbles, sliders, etc.!)
